Personal view about the MAU ( Museo d'Arte Urbana ) is that it seems not well developed yet, the paintings on the walls are interesting, the allies and the houses formed like a small art village, but in some spots, cars are parked just in front of the art display, as though the people living there don't care much about the paintings.
The time when I was there, the whole place was rather quiet and deserted, there were paintings on the walls, as well as ugly grafitti.
I guess the place needs more support from the state to really live it up.

Located in the area between Via Nicola Fabrizi-Corso Svizzera-Via
Levanna-Via Netro, The MAU - Museum of Urban Art in Turin - is the
first project of its kind to be realized in Italy. Its aim is to create a
permanent artistic outdoor structure situated within a big
metropolitan space.
It is like a tiny artistic village with paintings painted on the wall of the houses, in the Borgo Campidoglio.
