Helmut Newton Show

Visited the exhibition of famous photograher Helmut Newton at GAM (La Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Torino).

The exhibition project is curated by Matthias Harder, director of the German foundation, who has selected 68 photographs designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the long career of this great photographer whose truly unique visual concepts have, from the very beginning, never ceased to amaze and make a sensation. The result is an exceptionally characteristic and accomplished body of work that has reached a public of millions through magazines and books.

Capturing The Art

Many art exhibitions allow taking photo of the exhibition but no flash allow, with the new technology, it has became easy to make a picture of the art piece that you like either my camera or simply with the cell phone.

Just a reminder to all, please take the photo fast and not taking up all the time and space in front of the art piece so as not to obstruct other from admiring the same fine work.

Senior Photographer

Saw this elderly lady at piazza Vittorio, concentrating to snatch a photo. Love the way she did it, so concentrated and seem full of determination to get it right, it gave me a very positive feeling.

Music With Woks

I am not sure if those are woks, they do look like woks. Anyway, this street musician was making music with them and it was really nice, of course he attracted quite a lot of attention with his performance...

Via Riberi

Via Riberi is a small street joining Via Verdi to Via Gaudenzio Ferrari, it is quiet and charming,  and is right behind La Mole.

A photographer on bicycles at piazza Castello....
