High At Piazza Castello
A small group of young people was sitting and lying down under the monument at piazza Castello, nothing unusual except that it was winter and one of them started to take off his shirt.....
They looked happy and high, at one point two of them tried to wake up another one who was still sleeping, perhaps they were high from a party of last night?

Looks like your Winter is an enjoyable one.
When the cold hits him it'll wake him up Wilf :) Looks like one of those sunny winter days, my favourite kind!
I do imagine drink or other illicit substances were at work.
