There are many bare-chested guys with low hanging pants at the K Pride manifestation, totally demostrating their free, easy and unconstrained attitude.
Great shot. I am sure that guy would not have minded if he saw you take his pic. But for me, though I am not a prude, I find this sort of thing rather gross.
