Palazzo Chiablese, built on commission by Duke Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy in the XVI century. Benedetto Alfieri gave architectural unity of the building in 1753-54.
This is the last installation of the ' Arte Alle Corti' that I have visited.
Along the entrance to the courtyard, under the side arcade are two set of displays.
'Bottiglia' and 'Caraffante' by Domenico Borrelli. Both works belong to a series of sculptures depicting the metamorphic fusion between object and man: man-made object or man transformed into an object. The
sculptures, about 2 meters high and made of bronze with patina
different, represent legs and bodies which develop into the form of a
carafe or bottle.
'Otto parole blu per confrontarsi con la luce' by Nicola Ponzio. Pontius
works on the theme of books and writing as a generating source of
poetic and intellectual experiences that go beyond the limits of
experience of phenomenal reality.
In the center of the Courtyard displayed the work of Luigi Mainolfi, 'Centaura' and 'Centaura Oro'.
And by the side is the 'Di materia in materia', work of Luigi Stoisa. In
this sculpture, characterized by an essential formal elegance, the fragility of life represented by the egg emerged from the harsh realty represented by the heavy stones.

Mamma Duck And Her ducklings
A mother duck was looking down at her ducklings swimming hopelessly in river Po, not sure why she had decided to land herself there and left the ducklings wondering where is mamma. Anyway, later she decided to fly back down to join them, happy ending.

Dancing Tango
Tango dancing at piazza Boldoni, one of the dancing around Turin event in Spring.
Tango is a seductive and elegant dance when performed by professionals, while danced by people who just enjoy dancing it, it is contentment and pure joy.

Festa Catalana In Torino
Turin was chosen as the 2015 edition "Festa Catalana" international and it is part of the program of the festival of children's theater "Children's World".
At piazza San Carlo, music, dances, the colorful folklore with traditional giant puppets, Regional Games and the spectacular "Castells", the traditional human towers that represent one of the most significant images of the folk festivals in the region of Barcelona.
That's what happened in the late morning August Saturday heat, under the curious eyes of passers-by and tourists, with the evolution of the acrobatic components of the company Xics de Granollers. The event continued until late evening and Sunday.

Streat Food At Murazzi
A row of food stalls along Murazzi providing foods and drinks.....for 3 days and at the end of the walk, a stage was setup for concert.
Not sure what is 'Streat Food' or was it an error, anyway, not sure even if it was a good idea.
Whenever people eat and drink along the river Po, they tend to throw the leftover into the river and 3 days of food fair, hope they can be considerate not to dirty the river.
This side of Murazzi is usually more quiet and most of the ducks and other animals tend to gather on this side, so no peaceful walk for 3 days, and the stalls blocked the view of the river by the way.

CDP August Theme Bicycle
Bicycle is one of my favorite subject for photography, and in Torino there are plenty of them. However, for this theme day, I decided to choose a different approach.
This is an art piece displayed in the La Marmora garden, a man carry his girlfriend on a bicycle with their cat in the basket on the back.
Interesting is that the sculpture is a continuation of the previous one which was the same man sitting on the bench next to this sculpture. Now, the bench remains empty, with just a book and a hat on it.
The second bicycle shot is this window of a restaurant in via Conte Verde. A bicycle is placed above attached to the ceiling ( sort of ). Just hope that it is well secured.....
