Green Thumb

By the look at the balcony, I could assume that the owner has a really green thumb.

It definitely takes a lot of work to manage this.

It looks really pretty though.

Flor Primavera 2021

The Flor Primavera is back after the government decided it is safe to hold such event along the street.

Turin is again transformed into a big garden with stands displaying plants, flowers and anything related to gardening and even those not directly related, such as bags, hats and umbrellas.

There were fewer stands than the previous years, partly due to the safe distancing and also many spaces were occupied by tables of restaurants and bars for outdoor dining.

Nevertheless, it was still a joy to see such beautiful display of colorful flowers and plants.

Watering The Plants

Be aware of the watering schedule when passing by piazza Castello, accidentally you might get yourself wet by the jet of spraying water.

To keep the piazza attractive, flowers are placed along the surrounding of the castle, and to keep the flowers fresh and alive, systematic watering is inevitable.

CDP June Theme day : Stylish

CDP theme day again and it is : Stylish.....

Last week there was the Garden, plants and flowers show/market at piazza Carlo Alberto, extended along via Carlo Alberto.

Beside all the wonderfully beautiful flowers and amazing plants, a couple selling roses caught my eyes and attention, what a style ! And I wasn't the only one who was interested in taking their photo, Many people were starting to hold up their cameras and cellphones to snap some shots of them, until they started to joke about wanting payment for their shots.

No matter how hot the summer is, no matter how dry the land is, plants always find a way to survive, they managed to grow up even from a crack between a wall and the cement ground....
