July Theme Spirit

For the asian tradition, burning inscenses holds an important position, is a way to send offering to the spiritual world or a way to try to communicate with the spirits....

Even in half abnadoned and ruined temple, there are people placing inscenses to pay respect to the spirits.

Pride 2018

Another day for Pride Torino, on the 16 of June, 120 thousands people marched with pride and joy from piazza Statuto until piazza Vittorio to celebrate the rights and equality for the GLBT community and not only.

Having a new government with ministers who openly display homophobia and racism opinions, it is even more important for such an event to let people show their stand against the hatred and discrimination of those in power.

 

 

Joining the Torino Pride were 30 or so chinese parents and their gay children who came all the way from china to participate in the march.

A Moment Of Relax In City

Torino is a city where green places scatter all over the town, such as a little park beside a busy road or a strip of lane covered with trees and scrubs in the middle of the traffic, with benches for people to take a rest and relax.

Is Always Raining day

Since the beginning of Spring, in Torino it has been raining, it might stop for a day or two, and then starts to rain again the next day and the next day....

Looking out from the upper floor of Apple store in via Roma, some people are well prepared and have an umbrella with them, others are caught off guard and have to cross the street protecting them from the rain by other means...

Flor 2018

The 2018 Flor flowers and plants show along via Roma and via Carlo Alberto was a success, partly due to the sunny days, miraculously, days of rain stopped right before the day it began and started again when the show was finished.

CDP June Theme : Me

When my dad was still around, we were not ' allowed ' to keep a mustache or beard, simply because my dad didn't keep one.
But now, my dad had passed away since 6 years ago and I am well past the big 50, perhaps is time for me to put on some facial hairs, at least a moustache since it is not easy for me to grow facial hairs.
